David Cheng, President/CEO & Director

Mr. David Cheng was raised in Hong Kong and educated in Vancouver, Canada where he received an advanced degree in Political Science in 1996. Working for several large retail organizations, he quickly rose through the ranks of management and spearheaded several highly successful national initiatives. In 2000, Mr. Cheng became a senior sales manager for an online gaming company. Continuing in this pursuit, Mr. Cheng used his accumulated 5 years of solid management experience to establish an extensive and relative network for a renowned Vancouver based casino. Mr. Cheng brings to Pegasus extensive management experience in key areas such as product management, marketing, strategy and business development including establishing company’s financing, investment banking and strategic partner relationships.

Sandy Anderson, Corporate Secretary & Director

Sandy Anderson has a history of driving innovations in corporate development. Spanning a 32 year career holding executive management positions with international and domestic financial institutions, Mr. Anderson established the product and market focus to drive several early stage start up companies to multi-million dollar powerhouses. During this time Mr. Anderson has provided highly specialized consulting services to many public and private companies, including holding directorships in telecom companies in Asia, North America and Europe. As President and Chief Executive Officer of several international organizations, Mr. Anderson successfully restructured and transitioned these organizations into cash flow positive market leaders through an aggressive turnaround, revitalization and strategic market repositioning.

Albert (Mao) Lin – Chief Technology Officer

After graduating from Jillian University in China with a B.S in Computer Science, Mr. Lin continued his education in Burnaby earning an advanced degree in Programming. He entered the work force as Database administrator for a key national project in China; China Hospital Information System. By 1997 he was promoted to Software Architect and played a major role in the projects system architecture design, module and function design and data modeling. Since then, Mr. Lin has served as Senior Programmer for several large companies based in Canada. He brings to Pegasus 15 years of hands-on experience in programming, system design, database design, coding, development and administration.

Dr. Wun C. Chiou, Sr.

Dr. Chiou holds a B.S. in General Science and Psychology, a Masters in Physics and Mathematics, and a PhD, in Biophysics. Dr. Chiou has also completed postdoctoral work on image modeling. Since 1996, Mr. Chiou has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Net USA, Inc. During the past 20 years Dr. Chiou has held various positions including; Research Physicist for the U.S Army, Senior Staff Engineer for Hughes Aircraft Co., Research Scientist for Teledyne Systems, Co., Senior Technologist for the California Institute of Technology, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Consultant for Peterson and Co., Senior Scientist for Lockheed, Palo Alto Research Center (where he organized Lockheed’s Artificial Intelligence Center), and Founder and President of Pacific Microelectronics, Inc. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is a member of the Optical Society of America, Society of Photo-Instrumentation Engineers, and the National Association for Artificial Intelligence.
